Beer is actively present in our lives. It helps us relax, refreshes us and has the miraculous power to bring a group of friends together without too much effort. It also has some adverse effects: lots of good cheer and merriment. We recommend drinking beer in moderation, but to the extent that we remember how many beers we have had. However, try to stretch yourself a little more and gather a group of friends so you can cope.
